How to interpret your capital allocation and PnL #
- Your Total Capital = Total cash + realized PnL.
- Total Cash = Total cash from your “Cash Account” sheet.
- Allocated Capital = Total capital in open positions.
- Available Balance = Total capital – allocated capital.
- PnL (USD) = Your PnL for different time frames in your selected currency.
- PnL (%) = Your PnL for different time frames in percentage.
- Win Rate (%) = The percentage of closed positions that resulted in a profit compared to the total number of positions closed for different time frames.
- # of Positions = The total number of individual positions currently tracked for different time frames.
How to filter by criteria #
The filter by option allows you to filter by one or many criteria, including Status, Ticker, Type, and Strategy. The filter is triggered after selecting any option from the dropdown. Once completed, you can combine additional filters.
How to delete a trade #
To delete a trade, select the row number from the dropdown under “Delete trade”. Once selected, it will delete the corresponding row in the Option Dashboard and all its associated trades in the Option Journal.
IMPORTANT: Do not right-click on a row to delete, as this will not update the Option Journal.
