To ensure your privacy is protected, it’s important that you avoid including personal information—such as your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying details—in your Google Sheet. By keeping such details out of your spreadsheet, you ensure that your sensitive information remains secure and reduce any risks of unintended exposure or misuse.
For an added layer of privacy and security, I recommend creating a separate Gmail account specifically for working with the Trading Journal spreadsheet. This account can be used solely for this purpose and won’t be linked to your personal information. This way, you maintain a greater degree of privacy and control, especially when working on shared or collaborative documents.
I also want to emphasize that I do not have access to your email account or any of the personal data stored within your Google Sheets. The Trading Journal is designed to work entirely independently—meaning all data is private, and I don’t access your information. Your data stays with you, and you alone control who sees or shares it.
If you have concerns about the safety of the source code within the spreadsheet, you can always copy and paste the source code and ask ChatGPT to verify if it’s safe. The code is provided to enhance your experience, and transparency is key—I encourage you to ensure you feel comfortable and secure with how it’s implemented.
Privacy is something I take very seriously, and these measures are in place to ensure your data remains protected at all times.
